It can be easy in floral photography (macro or not), to quickly find photos overwhelmed with green: Leaves, grass, bushes...so much comes out naturally green from plants' chlorophyll process!
Taking all of that away with selective desaturation can drastically change the photo, and I think this editing series does a good job of demonstrating it. Pop photography, as I've come to refer to it as, has this unique way of altering the mood of a photography that I simply adore!
